1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "BST" — Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operative time zone for all date and time references in these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the vk888 Platform — whether by visiting the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the vk888 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms that may apply to individual offers.

3 Eligibility and Registration

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

vk888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illicit activities. vk888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to request documentation evidencing the lawful source of deposited funds, and to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required. Any attempt to use the vk888 Platform for money laundering purposes will result in immediate account closure and reporting to the appropriate regulatory bodies.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the vk888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have reviewed the relevant rules and accept them as binding. The following general provisions apply to all sports betting on vk888:

• Bet Acceptance: vk888 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, or where vk888 reasonably suspects market manipulation or unusual betting patterns.

7 Casino and Game Rules

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vk888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, voiding of all pending and settled bets, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account
• Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or verification

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the vk888 Platform — including but not limited to the vk888 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vk888 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of vk888.

11 Privacy and Data

vk888's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. 13 Limitation of Liability

vk888's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposits made by the player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vk888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vk888 reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.

14 Suspension and Termination

vk888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where vk888 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• The player has engaged in any prohibited activity as described in Section 9
• The player is under 21 years of age or has misrepresented their age
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and balance management is required
• Continuation of the account poses a risk to vk888, other players, or the integrity of the Platform
• vk888 is required to do so by a competent legal authority

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account after deduction of voided winnings and applicable adjustments may be returned to the player at vk888's discretion. Bonus Funds balances will not be returned in the event of a breach-related closure.

A player who wishes to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting vk888 support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

15 Amendments to Terms

vk888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects player rights or obligations — vk888 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the player's account.

The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page at vk888.ws/terms-conditions, marked with the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are drawn up in the English language. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the vk888 Platform, the parties will endeavour to resolve the matter amicably in the first instance by contacting vk888 support. vk888 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will respond to all formal complaints in a timely manner.
